Mona Tavassoli - Invest in Your Energy for Higher Productivity
Topic: Invest in Your Energy for Higher Productivity
Your energy determines your outcome in life. When you waste your energy on small things that don’t matter, you cannot create extraordinary outcomes. A task that might take 2 hours to complete, could take you 30 minutes when you are at a higher level of energy. Your time with your kids, spouse, parents, employee, employers and friends will be different and they will enjoy your company more. Your loved ones deserve the best version of you and investing in our energy will help to reach your best self.
In this training, you will learn more about the pyramid of energy which has 4 layers, from the bottom to the top: Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual. Each of these layers are equally important and they determine your energy level collectively. Measure your energy level each day and pay attention to things around you to become aware of which ones drain your energy and which ones boost your energy.
It’s important to be physically fit, mentally strong and spiritually connected to something bigger than ourselves.
